Why don't I take pictures of the pictures? Because I cannot see them myself - they're not interesting. Besides, I'm sure there are lots of places on the internet devoted to showing pictures of all this stuff. Aren't there?

Clearly, if you're going to send someone to take pictures at the Louvre, I'm not the right person for the job. At least I remembered not to use flash all but twice -- more than I can say for most of the rest of the tourists. Maybe I'll go back another day with the tripod.
